WebBiz used to use webscribble exclusively for all dating website we built. Their software is pretty decent but every now and then we ran into software glitches. Customizing their software became a big issue because these issues and slow customer support. Webscribble’s customer support is alright but when you are designing a site for a client you need responses within 24 hours. Sometimes their support responded quickly but other times they did not. Sometimes their support helped us fix the issues we ran into and sometimes it did not. Plus their software was encrypted so we did not have full access to modifying the code. It is hard to build a “custom” website when you can’t change certain fields.
We haven’t used Webscribble in a couple years so they may be worth checking out. They have come out with some new versions of their dating software; plus community, job posting, online media, and classified software. I have been meaning to test out their services again because software development companies are constantly improving their software and I am sure Webscribble has stepped up their game in the last two years.
